Alex and Luke
Alex and Luke booked me for my documentary approach. It was important to them that I captured their guests interacting and having fun. They went with my ceremony-only package, as Alex’s parents are wedding photographers. Even with Alex’s parents’ abilities, it was important for them to bring me in so that they could be a part of the wedding ceremony and not worry about taking photos.
The Old Barn Wedding Ceremony
As always, when I start with the wedding ceremony, I arrive early enough to get some shots of the venue, the groom and their guests. I like to get all that done so that I can then be ready for the arrival of the bride.
Alex soon put in an appearance, and the coordinator was there ready with umbrellas for them to come in. It was a bit of a damp day, but spirits were high.
All was ready and the ceremony got started, beginning with the arrival of the bridesmaids and bride.
The ceremony was beautiful with plenty of joy and tears.

After the wedding ceremony, the guests all congratulated the couple while I took photographs of everyone having fun. We had to do the group shots inside due to the weather.

Confetti Walk
After the group photos, we all headed outside so that we could show the new couple with confetti. This was truly amazing, and the photos from it were great.
Couple Portraits around Esholt Old Barn
I took Alex and Luke for a walk around the area near the Barn for the couple’s photographs. It was still a bit damp, so we took an umbrella and had some fun.
