Nothing is better than receiving fantastic feedback from the couples I have worked with, and I am always so grateful for their lovely words. It adds another layer of sheer joy to what I do as a Manchester wedding photographer in knowing that I have been able to document their special day in a way they truly treasure.

Thank you to everyone who has allowed me to play a part in what is no less than an extraordinary moment in your lives and for taking the time to share your kind words.

“Michael has worked as a photographer for me on a number of projects over the past few years and always delivers quality work which is why he was my first choice as a wedding photographer. Prior to the wedding he took time to understand the kind of shots my husband and I wanted on the day, including a site visit to do some pre-planning and finding out the challenges of shooting in a dark theatre! On the day he was punctual, professional and discrete, having the right balance of knowing when to be authoritative and make his voice heard when organising group shots then blending into the background to capture more relaxed images of family and friends without interrupting the celebrations. Michael has a great sense of humour and also helped us capture some fun shots as a couple that reflect our personalities. Our wedding album was hand delivered and he even gave us recommendations for printers too! 5 STAR SERVICE”

“Mike was invited to our wedding in Ireland as a guest. We had not met in nearly 6 years, but still he flew out to be part of our celebration. I met him the morning of the wedding at the reception venue which also doubled as a hotel for us all to stay at. That morning however, I did not meet the photographer we had hired, because he had unprofessionally forgotten about our booking. This left us without a photographer and sent us into a wild panic. However, Mike, without hesitation, grabbed his camera, stepped up to the bridal suite and very calmly told us he would take care of everything. He sprang into action with an inspiring mix of urgency and composure, which alieved an immense stress from my wife and I.

The hired photographer showed up after an exasperated phone call, but he missed all of the morning wedding prep. Once he finally arrived, Mike immediately filled him in on what shots he had already taken and told him that he would now hand over the role of lead photographer to him. Mike continued to follow us to all the previously arranged shooting locations, but never once stood on the toes of the hired photographer. He stood behind him always, and he made sure every guest knew to only look at the other photographer’s camera for the shots, so that all the portrait shots would not have people looking at two different cameras.

Five days after the wedding, Mike had already sent us all of his edited shots, and my wife and I were overjoyed as we went through one image at a time, blown away by how amazing he had made our day look. The shots from the bridal prep were stunning, and we couldn’t imagine life without photos of those moments. Even the shots that he had taken from behind the hired photographer at unintended angles were spectacular. He chronicled moments of our wedding that we thought were lost because of someone else’s mistake. Not only did he save our day, but he did so with the utmost professionalism, even when there was no call for him to be so. His friendly character enabled us to swiftly become comfortable within the chaos that was created – this not only let us enjoy our day to the fullest, but also put us at ease for his photos. He is not only a highly skilled photographer, but also a true gentleman with a heart of gold. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.”
