Hi, I’m a North West wedding photographer with a relaxed low key vibe. I love to photograph your wedding in a way that lets you enjoy big day without feeling self conscious, at least when it comes to the photography. Take a look at this Norton Grange wedding photography. I cover weddings across the North West including Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Cheshire, Lancashire, North Wales and the Lakes.

Sharon and Phil Norton Grange Wedding Photography

I was booked by Sharon and Phil not long before their wedding when their original photographer could unfortunately no longer cover it. We had a good long chat and soon got things organised for their wedding photography.

Wedding Preparation

When I arrived I introduced myself to Phil and went to capture the end of the bridal preparations which were well underway.

Norton Grange Wedding Ceremony

Everyone was soon ready for the wedding ceremony which was taking place in the larger of the two wedding rooms. It went smoothly and the bride and groom were married in a lovely ceremony.

Wedding Reception, Confetti, and Portraits

We all left the ceremony room for a few reception drinks and canapés before heading outside for confetti then group shots. There was a shortage of confetti but we made the most of it and got some lovely photos.

Couple Portraits

As I normally do, after the group photographs I too the newly married couple for their first couple portraits session. For these photos, we stayed on the grounds at Norton Grange making use of the seps down to the tunnel, the grassed area and the view out over the fields.

Wedding Breakfast and Speeches

I didn’t keep them out for too long and made sure they were back inside intime for their speeches and the wedding breakfast. The speeches were well done – entertaining and emotional without being too long.

Second portrait session

Towards the end of the wedding breakfast I took Sharon and Phil for their second portrait session. We did one creative one inside first then headed out.

Evening Wedding Reception at Norton Grange

I took the couple back inside when we had the photographs we needed so they could spend some time with their guests and enjoy the final formal parts of their wedding day, the cutting of the cake and their first dance. Then everyone took to the dance floor and the night was full of fun and dancing.
