Halifax Hall Wedding Photographer

I wasn’t expecting to be a Halifax Hall wedding photographer when Charlotte and James first booked me. Originally, I was going to be just shooting their reception in Sheffield after they got married in Barbados.

But things change and like the rest of the world wedding photography was hit by covid 19.

So Charlotte and James had to cancel their wedding in Barbados and look at other options in the UK. They considered extending their event at INOX in Sheffield but in the end, decided to move their entire event to Halifax Hall and extend my cover as their wedding photographer.

I met Charlotte and James a few years back when Charlotte was the bridesmaid at the wedding of Victoria and Nathan in 2018. Theirs was also a Yorkshire wedding.

So I was booked in For James and Victoria’s wedding and really looking forward to is when disaster struck me a couple of days before their wedding.

I have been really fortunate in never having more than a mild cold before but this time it was horrible bug I’d come down with. Luckily, this is something I had planned for so I quickly put the word out amongst my support network and quickly go Rob Clayton in to photograph their wedding for me.

Due to not being their I can’t really give you a writeup on their day but looking it their photos it looks like it was amazing. Rob did a really good job for them and me and having sent them their images yesterday I am happy to say they love them!
